2025 All Star Interstate Conference

West Virginia is proud to host the 2025 Interstate Conference for 4-H All Stars in the scenic Greenbrier Valley. This gathering brings together 4-H All Stars from across state lines for a weekend of fellowship, leadership development, and adventure.

Conference attendees will stay at the historic Schoolhouse Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, with room rates based on occupancy. Registration costs vary, with early registration (before June 1) starting at $200 for conference-only attendees and $360 for those staying at the hotel.

Attendees can also opt for exciting add-on experiences, including a New River Gorge Bridge Walk or a guided tour of the Greenbrier Bunker.

Join us as we explore famous and not-so-famous places in Culpeper, Madison, and Orange Counties, stretching from the foothills of Shenandoah National Park eastward to Germanna and Montpelier in Orange County. The German (1714 & 1717) settlements continue as quiet historical influences in the rural community lifestyle of the area less than 100 miles south and west of our Nation’s Capitol. 2019 4-H Adult Leadership Weekend & All Star Conference

This weekend will provide leadership training and recognition for 4-H young adults, volunteers, alumni and WV 4-H All-Stars. We will focus on the enhancement of leadership abilities and skills for working with the 4-H program as an adult. The 4-H All-Star Consecration Ceremony and
Volunteer Recognition program will both be held during this weekend.

All Star Consecration Ceremonies during the state 4-H camps will be changing for the 2019 season, with the goal of trying to accommodate more All Stars and other visitors who wish to come celebrate our new inductees. 

All Stars and any others attending should arrive no earlier than 9:00 AM.  Current All Stars participating in the ceremony should proceed to the upper pavilion by the pool.  The consecration ceremony itself will take place at Council Circle.  The initiation will be held directly after the closing Council Circle.  If any changes are necessary because of weather, these will be communicated on location that morning.

2019 All-Star Interstate Conference

Come join in the fun as we celebrate 100 years of 4-H All-Stars at the 2019 Interstate Conference, July 18-21 in Morgantown, West Virginia!

The 4-H All-Stars were founded in 1919 by West Virginia's beloved State 4-H Leader, William "Teepi" Kendrick.  The very first meeting of the All-Stars took place in Morgantown, so to celebrate our centennial we are returning to our roots.
